UX / UI Design
Project Overview : Redesign of the University of Miami's alumni website to increase engagement and conversion analytics.
I conducted comprehensive user research to better understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of our alumni. Through surveys, interviews, and usability testing, I gained deep insights into their motivations and behaviors. This research guided my design decisions and helped me create accurate user personas that served as guiding principles throughout the process.
I focused on refining the information architecture of the website, critically evaluating the existing structure to identify areas where improvements could be made. I simplified navigation and enhanced content organization to ensure that alumni could easily access the information and features they sought.

Conclusion: As a conversion-focused designer, I implemented persuasive design elements to encourage alumni to take desired actions. Clear call-to-action buttons, strategically placed forms, and compelling content all contributed to driving conversions and encouraging engagement. I leveraged social proof elements and personalization to create a tailored experience that resonated with each user.
